Purchasing process
To finalize the purchase of a product on the platform, the buyer must create an account and enter their personal data in a form created for this purpose. This process is important for obvious security reasons.
All Product offers on the Site are those of Dress Like Me Fashion Store. The company decides the prices of the products sold on the Site according to its own evaluation measures.
Regarding the countries of delivery, the company is able to send you your packages anywhere in Europe and in certain countries of the world, in particular the United States, Canada and Asia. Certain overseas departments and territories are included in the possible places of delivery. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact customer service. Depending on the place of receipt, we guarantee delivery between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery is from 5 euros.
By making a purchase on the Site, the Buyer acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale and accepting them without reservation.
After validation of the order by the Buyer, the sale is concluded between the Buyer and the Site subject to the availability in stock of the product ordered. A period of 48 hours may pass before you are notified of the unavailability of the product. The amounts will then be fully and automatically refunded to the buyer.
The Site offers several means of payment including:

Returns are free. Items must return to us in the same condition within 14 days after receipt. Failing this, we grant ourselves the right to refuse an exchange. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For any questions we are available.
Complaints & right of withdrawal
To make a possible complaint concerning a product ordered on the Site, the Buyer can directly contact customer service through the means of contact made available to them. The Buyer will then be informed of the progress of the complaint procedure.
According to Article L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the day after receipt of the last Product of the order. During this time interval, the Buyer may use his right of withdrawal regardless of the order placed on the Site. To do this, the Buyer must contact Customer Service. The return of items is the responsibility of DRESSLIKEMESHOP. After validation by our customer service, he will then be offered an exchange or a voucher on the Site valid for (1) one year.
